A capacitive soil-moisture sensor that estimates soil moisture without exposed metal probes being placed directly in the soil.
يقيس تغير السعة الكهربائية الناتج عن تغير رطوبة الوسط المحيط بالمسبار، ثم يحوله إلى خرج تناظري نسبي يحتاج إلى معايرة.
It senses capacitance changes caused by moisture around the probe and converts them into a relative analog output that requires calibration.
صِل VCC ضمن نطاق الجهد الموثق، وGND مع الأرضي المشترك، والخرج التناظري إلى ADC مناسب. عاير القراءة في حالتين مرجعيتين قبل استخدامها كنسبة رطوبة.
Connect VCC within the documented voltage range, share ground, and connect the analog output to a suitable ADC. Calibrate against two reference conditions before treating the reading as moisture level.
اقرأ الحساس في الهواء أو تربة جافة كمرجع، ثم في تربة رطبة كمرجع ثانٍ. استخدم القيم للمعايرة ولا تفترض أن خرج كل وحدة يطابق نسبة رطوبة مطلقة.
Read the sensor in air or dry soil as one reference, then in moist soil as a second reference. Use those values for calibration rather than assuming every module maps directly to an absolute moisture percentage.

Fixed or implausible readings from ADC wiring or unsuitable voltage; large differences between modules when reusing calibration numbers from another unit.
مشروع مصغر: راقب قراءة التربة واعرض حالة «جافة/مناسبة/رطبة» بعد معايرة الحساس، دون تشغيل مضخة تلقائيًا في أول تجربة.
Mini project: monitor soil readings and classify them as dry, suitable, or wet after calibration, without automatically driving a pump in the first experiment.
